Our commercial property maintenance services may seem to come out of left field, but to the people that use them, they can be extremely beneficial. We use our unique schedule to make time for the tasks that you don't have the time, energy, or money for in the corporate world. We offer a large variety of options for businesses of all sizes:
- Courier Routes – At Task Wizard, we are constantly running around and doing errands. One of our most interesting tasks is courier routes and making deliveries. We help clients in the Mahoning Valley get their products and information to the places they need to go in a safe, timely manner.
- Office Rehabs – When an old employee leaves and a new one is scheduled to start, sometimes it's easier to start anew! If you're looking to rehab, or refresh your office, make space for a couple of new desks (which we can assemble if needed), or just looking to freshen up, let us know! We'll help to create an efficient working environment to help your employees focused.
- Coordinate Monthly/Annual Testing – As part of our scheduling and connections, we can help you schedule your monthly and annual testing, like smoke detector testing and fire extinguisher inspections.
- Office/Business Cleaning – It can be hard to find someone to help clean up after the workday is done! We can help clean up your offices or stores, by sweeping, mopping, basic clean up, dusting, and taking care of plants. Don't be afraid to let us take out the trash, and lend you a hand so you can focus on what you do best.
- Porter Services – Porter services are great for anyone who has an office, waiting room, or lobby area. We'll help you keep the entryways, waiting areas, and lobbies clean. At Task Wizard, we know the plants in the lobby don't water themselves, and the bulletin board doesn't keep clear of junk on its own. We'll help monitor the entries to your apartment buildings and make sure everything is taken care of, clean, and presentable, from taking the trash out to making sure the floors are clean.
